This is a topic that I believe many people think about day-to-day. You know those thoughts that persist in your mind over the years and never seem to go away? Maybe you want to enroll in a degree program. Maybe you have a great concept for a restaurant. Or maybe you’ve always wanted to be a teacher. One beauty in the world is that everyone is blessed with their own talents and abilities but it gets uncomfortable when you look up and you’re not a young adult anymore. Maintaining healthy eating habits can quite the challenge. I like to look at that challenge as an ongoing journey instead of a destination. When life presents changes we make adjustments in so many areas of our lives; diets included. In the evening after dinner I like to have a snack and that’s where the challenge presents itself to me. I tried Peloton for 2 weeks

Over the past 2 weeks I put all of my fitness needs into the hands of the Peloton app. Prior to the pandemic I was a gym lover; a regular at LA fitness. I’ve been going there for over 10 years.  Cycling quickly became one of my favorite classes to take there but thanks to the pandemic I have been exploring the world of home fitness.
