DIY Waintscoting Accent Wall

One of my first thoughts when I bought my house was that I wanted it to be uniquely Dana. No cookie cutter, plain stuff going on over here. I planned to add details that truly showed my personal style. I love mid-century and modern furniture pieces paired with accents that really bring everything together so once my contractor finished with construction in my kitchen and bathroom, it was my time to shine! Is Working from Home Really Good?

As we all know, the pandemic impacted all of our lives in a myriad of ways. One major thing that changed globally was working in person. It suddenly, in a doomsday type of way, became dangerous to be around people of all things. So that meant closing stores, offices, schools and factories for almost 2 years in some cases. Now it’s finally looking like things are under control and people are being sent back to work in person.

One beauty in the world is that everyone is blessed with their own talents and abilities but it gets uncomfortable when you look up and you’re not a young adult anymore. Goddess Boho Box Braids

With the summer heat full ablaze I have been wearing my hair in protective styles this season. What’s a protective style you ask? It’s a low maintenance hair style that keeps your hair ends concealed and thus protected. Some examples would be braids, weaves and wigs. Crochet braids are another form of protective styling and that’s how I installed my Goddess boho box braids.
