Here we are in January again and oh so happy to be finished with the year 2020. One positive take away from quarantine that many people learned is that you do not need a gym membership to stay fit. There’s an endless supply of fitness content out there and there’s something for everyone. From Youtube to Instagram fitness influencers the internet is overflowing with plenty of workouts to keep you in shape. I’m going to share some of the best fitness Youtubers out there.
Last summer I had a lot more time on my hands. I decided to devote it to giving myself some much needed self love. Some days I did absolutely nothing (which was really nice, you have to try it). Other days I worked on a few of my hobbies. And all in between I worked my butt off doing at home workouts and I fell in love with working out outside of the gym!
Youtube is my go to source for all things fitness. I found that low impact HIIT workouts are my favorite. Here are a few of my favorite YouTubers and the videos that helped me shed a few inches
1. Brix Fitness
Early on in my at home fitness journey I found Brix Fitness. He has an inspiring transformation story and was recently a guest on Jada Pinkett Smith’s Red Table Talk where he spoke about his fitness journey.
2. Toni Mitchell
Toni provides a myriad of videos on topics ranging from vegan diet tips to how to recover from over eating. Her workouts are tough but so worth it. She is definitely body goals!
3. Adrian Bryant
I can’t say enough about Adrian Bryant. He has one of the most unique and down to earth approaches to fitness coaching. For example, he actually gained weight on purpose just to show his clients how to lose it first hand! He coaches you through his videos with so much positivity that you almost forget that he is kicking your butt.
4. Team Body Project
Alexandra and Daniel are a fitness couple that do it all and have videos to fit every fitness level. They have an exclusive membership program but are also generous enough to share lots of amazing workout videos on their YouTube channel. Doing a few of their workouts every week will surely keep you motivated.
5. Sydney Cummings
Sydney uploads workout videos every day, yes, every day to her Youtube channel. Her positive attitude and humble spirit keep her almost 900k subscribers coming back for more every week. If you want to follow a structured and free program she’s your girl.
If you are looking to jump start your fitness goals any of the Youtubers on this list are a great starting point. You might be surprised at how much you enjoy some of their workouts.
