With the summer heat full ablaze I have been wearing my hair in protective styles this season. What’s a protective style you ask? It’s a low maintenance hair style that keeps your hair ends concealed and thus protected. Some examples would be braids, weaves and wigs. Crochet braids are another form of protective styling and that’s how I installed my Goddess boho box braids.
This was my first time doing crochet braids and it was even easier than I that it would be. I bought my 8 bundles of hair on Amazon. They arrived within a few days. The quality of the hair is great. I only used about 5 of the bundles. In total the style took me about 6 hours which probably did not have to take that long but I am easily distracted. I wore the style for 4 weeks but they could easily last longer. I highly recommend this style.
